Great dictionary

This is one of the apps I use more often! Its been totally useful for a long time. Besides it doesnt need the Internet in order to work.

I use this dictionary all too frequently - and here I thought I would not need it so much...excellent product.

One of my most used apps. Even when my laptop or bookshelf is handy, I still prefer this dictionary/thesaurus for its ability to help me find the right word.

For me, this is has been the best dictionary app for the iOS for a long time now.

A must for anyone who takes words seriously.

I love the word links - its like a dictionary and thesaurus in one! Super handy!

As a French canadian, I use this app on a weekly basis. It contains useful info on anything you need to know, specially expressions. Anytime a friend is looking for something in English, I tell them to download this app.

Out of all the options there are for dictionaries, this is my personal favourite. Its simple and clean with no distractions.

Head and shoulders above the others. The developers clearly put much time and effort into the content and layout and Im highly appreciative of that, its obvious it was designed by people who use a dictionary app on a regular basis. Its both the best looking and most useful dictionary app Ive tried and I think Ive tried them all. Im not surprised that its a staff pick. Even the icon looks nice!

Very useful app. Its smart that theyve included the Canadian/British spellings (colour, flavour, etc.) as the dictionary wouldnt be nearly as adequate otherwise. Early in life, I had my mothers etymological dictionary, edited by a Dr. Annandale, to refer to. This is the closest Ive ever found to that widely respected reference work -- and its a lot more portable!

Quite simply, my go-to app for all things words: diverse; concise; accessible; thorough.
